Rename SVG parser

Improved SVG parser
The SVG code has been rewritten and two separate ways of parsing SVG files
has been added. The first instruction is interpreted differently
in Inkscape and Illustrator.

Convert horizontal lines to the new coordinate system
This commit does also add code that removes objects without an area before
exporting TTF fonts.

Parse corners from Illustrators SVG export
Corners are actually cubic points with the last handle at the same
position as the endpoint.
